All the comforts of home:
We have 4 beautiful vacation homes, all located on our 220 acre property, just minutes outside of Houghton MI in Stanton Township. Below are the rates for each cabin as well as the corresponding VRBO.com numbers (Vacation Rental BY Owner). Availability of all of our vacation homes can be checked and they can be booked directly using the VRBO.com website. The Love Palace is a beautifully renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the shore of Love Lake that sleeps 10. What better way to start your day than to relax on the east facing deck and watch the sunrise over Love Lake while planning your next adventure. Da Barn, is a thoughtfully renovated 1+ bedroom, 1.5 bath home with spectacular views of our own Glacier Marsh. Da Barn sleeps 4 adults comfortably—6 if you include the pull out sleeper sofa in the first floor living area. The Walleye and Brook Trout cabins are our brand new additions, recently completed in early June of 2017. They are located just off the water, about 100 yards from the beach front. Both have 2 bedrooms and a full bath and sleep 4-5 comfortably. All units have fully stocked kitchens with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay and grills for your evening cookouts (Da Barn and Love Palace have gas grills, Trout and Walleye have charcoal). They also have wood stoves to take the edge off of those cool Keweenaw nights. Accommodations don’t get too much nicer than these, and they sure beat your standard issue hotel room!
During the summer, from mid-June to August 21st, beach access might limited during the week. From Sunday evening to Friday morning, we have a youth group from Camp Luther that comes up to use our property for their Keweenaw Base Camp program. They stay in our tent village and our off property much of the day however due to Michigan State regulations, we cannot have youth campers intermingling with our other guests.

We can accommodate large groups using various cabins, counselor bunkhouse and wall tents! We also have space for travel trailers and RV’s with electric and water hook ups. Give us a call and we can probably come up with a way to house multiple families!
Get your “Glamp” on:
As previously mentioned, from mid-June to mid-August, our wall tent village hosts campers from Camp Luther, a Christian Bible Camp from Three Lakes Wisconsin. However, from May (weather permitting) to early June and starting again mid-August through September 30 (again, weather permitting), we’ll outfit the tents for nightly rentals featuring comfy beds, grills and seating. Think of it as comfortably roughing it!

2017 and beyond:
We are not done yet! Plans to add additional wall tents, a yurt village and 6-8 unit RV area are in store for 2017.
No matter the season or activity, our property offers and small taste of what the Keweenaw Peninsula can provide. Whether you’re taking a short hike, exploring our snowshoe trails or just relaxing on our beach, we can provide a terrific base to explore our area. We are a short drive from some of the most picturesque kayaking, mountain biking and hiking this side if the Mississippi. Less than an hour to the north is Copper Harbor, and the Porcupine Mountains are less than an hour to the west. There is no shortage of things to do and places to explore!
